POSITION: Waiter/Waitress – All Day Dining

LOCATION: The Sheraton Grand Hotel is located on the forefront of Dubai’s most prominent thoroughfare, connecting to the heart of the booming business district.
1. Service of quality food & beverage product assistance to customers.
2. Development of food & beverage products and services assistance.
3. Assist guest with requests and resolve grievances.
– Project a pleasant, professional & positive image to all guests all the time
– Management of guest’s expectations & cultural needs.
– Upselling and identifying opportunities for additional revenue.
– Billing policies and procedures maintenance.
– Flexible to any shift
– Positive teamwork spirit at all working hours
– Timely and accurate order delivery to guests
– Assist Assistant Venue Managers in training new team members
– Assistance in resolving logistic issues
– Serving a timely & quantity food/beverage product with acceptable presentation and consistency
– Completion & participation in Progress training and related activities
– Departmental objectives support
– Ensure wastage optimization
– At least 1 – 2 years of experience in any 5-star hotel
– Good communication skills, both verbal and written is required
– Awareness of Health, Safety & Fire regulations and abide by their terms
– High standards of personal hygiene at all times
– Owns the guests by totally embracing the philosophy of customer service
– Hotel’s brand and operating philosophy must be adopted as your own
– Achieving customer’s satisfaction and delight should be of utmost importance
– Be a team player to achieve common goals of Marriott International
